Christchurch’s home for Harley-Davidson, our mission is simple: make every step of owning a Harley as unforgettable as the ride itself. Southern Legends Harley-Davidson

Southern Legends Harley-Davidson is proud to be the only authorised Harley-Davidson dealership in Christchurch, New Zealand. For us, it’s never just about selling motorcycles — it’s about building a community where every rider feels welcome, respected, and part of something legendary. When you choose a Harley-Davidson, you’re not just buying a bike — you’re joining a heritage that celebrates freedom, adventure, and the open road. At Southern Legends, we believe a premium motorcycle deserves a premium experience, which means personal service, honesty, and care at every step of your journey. We may never be the biggest shop, but we’ll always strive to be the best — the place where riders of all backgrounds come together to share stories, find mentorship, and celebrate life on two wheels. Here’s what we offer our riders and community:

New & Pre-Owned Harley-Davidson Motorcycles

Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts & Accessories

Expert Servicing, Repairs & Customisation

Riding Gear & Apparel for Every Rider

As one of Christchurch’s most established motorcycle destinations, we proudly host and support rides, rallies, and social events throughout the year. These gatherings aren’t just about motorcycles — they’re about connection, storytelling, and celebrating the unique spirit of the South Island. At Southern Legends Harley-Davidson, we’re more than a dealership. We’re a family, a hub, and a community where legends ride together.

This Saturday Grab your Girlfriends and Roll into Southern Legends.

Saturday 10 October 10:30am–2pm.

An Open Ride is where the fun starts... throttle, laughter, a bit of road attitude plus great company.

All makes. All models. All welcome.

A return to Southern Legends for a BBQ followed by a LADIES ONLY tech session on keeping your bike in top form between services.

If you’ve ever thought “I should learn this stuff,” you’re exactly who it’s for.

Unlock your Confidence!

Non-rider? Curious? Tempted? Just thinking about it? A pillion wanting knowledge? This is the perfect place to start! Kick off for the tech session will be 1pm, but come on in a tad earlier for the BBQ, to chat, connect, learn & get a feel.

Something exciting is brewing.

Sorry boys, you’ll sit this one out. Today the workshop is ours!
