• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Familiarity with vehicle rental processes and procedures.
• Proficient in using computer systems and technology.
•You must hold an NZ Full Driver's Licence.

About the role
What you'll be doing - Customer Service Role

The Role

You must possess strong English communication skills, maintain a well-groomed appearance, and take pride in personal hygiene. Proficiency with computers is crucial for this role.
Experience driving manual vehicles is preferred; however, a willingness to learn is a must. Familiarity with small trucks and trailers is a plus.

A valid right to work in NZ is required, as we will not be providing sponsorship for this role.

Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7-day shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
