Thank you to the Waikato branch of the NZTBA for the opportunity to showcase 15 Paddington weanlings on Friday.

We are very proud of this first Southern Hemisphere crop. They are quality youngsters, both in type and temperament 👌

🏰 Circus Maximus 3YO filly Group 1 placed in a very brave run in the Queensland Oaks. Having drawn 17 of 18, she pressed forward having to work hard and kicked clear on the corner in a real gladiator type performance, like her sire, she stuck on gamely for 3rd.

This is the Paltrow Miss’s 2nd x GR.1 placing.

Circus Maximus’s first crop are only 3YO’s, having made a big impression with siring Gr.1 NZ Derby winner Road To Paris, that along with Circus Dancer, Towering Vision, Circus Trix and Engine Of War etc.

Circus Maximus stands 2026 for a fee of $20,000 + GST.

Get to know the new mares - edition 3!

🌹 Meet Garland Of Roses - a beautiful (we're sure you'll agree....right Steve?) 4yo mare by Justify, purchased at the recent Magic Millions broodmare sale.

This was never going to be a short video, with Gina's love of media (and her new horse 🥰), Steve's pedigree knowledge 🧠 ...and a bit of banter too 🥊!

Seen here arriving and settling in to the farm in New Zealand, after her flight from Sydney. ✈️

Get to know the new mares - edition 2

🦗 Meet 'Crickets Chirping' - a fast, neat (to quote the guru whose brain was being picked) 5yo daughter of Belardo, out of the Lonhro mare Hot In Pink.

Steve Till casts his eye over her, and chats about his thoughts on a potential breeding match for her upcoming 2026 service.

She's settled into the farm nicely, after a quick display of her turn of foot. 🏇🍀

Today we say a temporary goodbye to our wonderful Miki as she heads off on maternity leave. 🤰

Miki has been an important part of the Windsor Park team for six years - starting part-time as a crush walker while completing her university degree, and graduating to take over the Office Manager role.

Over the past few years, Miki has also been behind our yearling photos and videos; putting a huge amount of time and care into showcasing our drafts.

We are very proud of everything Miki has achieved during her time at Windsor Park and are so grateful for all she does for the team.

We’ll miss having her around every day, but we suppose maternity leave is a fairly good excuse… 🤭

All the best, Miki! 👋
