Our new borescope is already coming in handy, giving us the ability to inspect inside engines and niggley spots without unnecessary dismantling. This means faster answer for those bigger jobs 🔧

In photo 3 & 4 you’ll see oil leaking past a valve pooling up in the cylinder. This pointed us in the right direction to diagnose a misfire. Saved our customer hours of labour with our new gadget 📸👊🏽

What was meant to be a simple few hour EGR Replacement quickly turned into an uphill battle of old part extraction.

Bits of the old EGR were so seized nothing made it budge and had to be broken down piece by piece to get any movement for removal. To end things on a real high, when it was finally time to fit the new aftermarket part it was incorrect so the only option was to go OE.

Sometimes things aren’t as straight forward as we expect them to be initially and this was definitely that reminder for us. Finally got the car back to our customer, blood sweat tears and all 😂

Jouds been out of the workshop on Wednesday arvos coaching them in their first year of tackle alongside his amazing co coach Tiri Johnson and manager extraudinare Nicole Caldwell 🙌🏽

Might be a little biased but we’ve got such a great bunch of kids and parents to spend Saturday mornings with, the boys have gone from strength to strength and had a ripper of a season!

Your water pump keeps coolant moving through your engine so it doesn’t overheat. When it starts failing, you might notice small warning signs before it completely gives up.

Common signs:
• Coolant leaking under the car 💧
• Engine running hotter than normal 🔥
• Grinding or whining noise from the front of the engine 🔊
• Heater running cooler than usual 🥶

Ignore it too long and it can lead to serious engine damage. Catching it early = cheaper repair and no overheating issue.
