Introducing Paul Rae, General Manager - Commercial at PGL.

"I take immense pride in my role at PGL because I've had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to every major milestone since joining in 2006.

Back then, I was part of a small team of just four individuals, working out of a barn, and sharing a single computer. At that time, our sole offering was the Selfgard brand. I was there when we introduced Pomona Tapes, and I vividly remember the excitement of selling our very first carton of packaging tape.

Fast forward to today, and it's truly remarkable to see how far we've come. We've expanded our portfolio to include three amazing brands: Selfgard, Pomona, and Danco. Our team has grown to encompass 40 dedicated individuals across two locations.

Just as PGL has evolved and flourished, so too have I as an individual. For me, PGL is not just a company; it's an integral part of my life. I consider myself exceptionally fortunate to have been a part of this incredible journey, witnessing and contributing to the phenomenal changes that have unfolded.

As we look ahead, I am genuinely excited about the trajectory of PGL and the bright future that lies ahead."

Introducing Yvette Battaglia - General Manager, Supply Chain at PGL.

"I have grown up in the plastics industry, selling and designing food packaging for the FMCG market sector. This industry has given me a blend of science and art that makes work interesting and exciting.

Working in the packaging industry brought me to work for Charlie at PGL, and I look forward to the challenge of working on efficiencies and process building across our warehousing and production as we grow from strength to strength.

I haven’t been at PGL long, but I really love the wide variety of opportunity and problem-solving and every day is a new and interesting experience that keeps me busy.
