We will still be operating with strict social distancing in place and using personal protection when carrying out tasks on all vehicles.

Covid-19: An update from R&R Automotive.

We wanted to reach out and let you all know how R&R Automotive is responding to the move to Alert Level 4, and what this means for our customers. Our priority during this time is to protect the safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members.

We understand there are still many people out there needing to travel by vehicle in order to provide essential services - we appreciate you all very much! If you are working in or visiting an essential service, R&R Automotive will still be here to help you.

We will be operating at a limited capacity, for urgent servicing/repair needs by appointment only. Our operating procedure for the duration of Alert Level 4 is outlined below:

- Please do not turn up without notifying us beforehand. Contact us via phone 09 281 4410 or by email [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can. Our services will only be available for those with appointments, from Monday-Friday.
- We will arrange a date and time for you to visit. This will ensure a controlled and safe environment for us all.
- Our staff will maintain a safe distance at all times.
- We will work with you on ensuring the best result to keep you safe, which means if we don’t need to access the inside of your vehicle, your keys, steering wheel etc, then we won’t.
- If access to the inside of your vehicle is required, we will be wearing face masks, gloves, using seat covers, and sanitising all areas we do touch on the completion of our work.
- Most of our suppliers are open which means we can have stock available to us quickly.
- We would prefer not to handle cash. We have other payment options available to you.
- Our services include breakdowns, tyre sales, puncture repairs and replacement batteries. However, we will not be carrying out general non-urgent servicing.
- We are able to offer call-out services for people in urgent need.
