Daralee V: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am honestly so impressed with Cityhop!

As a solo mama who has just moved to Tauranga, sold my car, and currently has no vehicle, Cityhop was an absolute lifesaver. I only had 2 hours to figure out how I was going to move house, and within 15 minutes I had signed up, been approved, booked a van, and was on my way. The whole process was incredibly quick and easy.

The van was perfect for moving everything I needed, and I honestly would have been lost without it. I loved that there were no surprise costs, and they even provide a fuel card if you need to top the van back up, which made everything so straightforward.

The customer service was amazing too. I accidentally left my groceries locked in the back of the van, but after one quick phone call, someone helped me within just a couple of minutes. I made it home to my children on time, which I was so grateful for.

I also really appreciated being able to extend my booking when I realised I needed a little more time. Being able to book only what I could afford at the time made a huge difference.

Thank you, Cityhop, for making what could have been an incredibly stressful day so easy. You've gained a loyal customer. And yes... blasting my music while driving the van definitely made moving day a little more fun! 😂🎶
