Thank you Craig and the Fredco team at Kingsland. I do not often leave reviews - but was blown away by the lovely service here.

The receptionist was lovely, bright and happy to help. Great communications and quality work completed for my car repairs by Craig with helpful suggestions on the health of the car.

When I returned later in the week for some support re interpreting a WOF report Craig was very helpful in helping me to understand what it meant.

Thank you for your great customer service - it really does make a difference.

We were very lucky to receive the Highly commended award for the manufacturing and trade category on Tuesday night at the Albert Eden Business Awards. Well done to The Midnight Baker for winning our category and the overall supreme award. We are really lucky to have Karl Jamieson as our Service Manager AKA Head Gofer/Service Advisor/Parts Finder

Karl has been working with the team here for a couple of years now, previously he have worked for a number of car dealership in Auckland as service advisor, work shop foreman and had been involved in motorsport and mechanical engineering for the past 35 years.

Karl has always enjoyed working in the motor industry, because there is always a new challenge every day and always learning something new.

Now for some words from Karl “At Fredco, Craig has built up a very strong group of suppliers here in Auckland and around the country over 20 years, which makes getting things done and fixed a big advantage for this company and of course the most important people OUR customers.

Staff are family here and customers are a big part as well here, some customers have been coming to Fredco for well over 25 years, not many companies around can say that. Customers who have left the area and have an issue while in Auckland, the first person they call is Craig to get some help.

We do it a bit differently here with how we deal with the customers and their vehicles. We look and we find solutions to issues, then we email an estimate with cost. Once we have a chat, we carry out the work OUR CUSTOMERS want. I think we are doing better than most in the motor industry with having to do the hard work for our customers and being up front with them
