As of tomorrow our waiting room will not be available for use due to the requirement to maintain 1 meter physical distancing, it is only available as a "transit lane" to the office.
We will do our best to direct you as you arrive.
Apart from that, it's business as usual.

Finally! Level 3 on Wednesday! (I never thought I’d be so happy to go back to work!)
Those of you that were booked In prior to lockdown, I will be in touch soon.
We will be taking bookings for all work from 9am Tuesday for 8am Wednesday on.
You can book via the website, (greenbayautos.co.nz), text (0211500592), email ([email protected]), or, telephone, of course. (8272544).
Those of you who have left voicemails, if I haven’t already, I will call you back.
The COVID cave will be back in action for contactless vehicle drop offs and pick ups.

Level 4 lockdown. Unfortunately this means the workshop will be closed until lockdown is lifted. Those of you who have bookings over the next few days….. we will be in touch in due course.

Here we go again..... level 3. The workshop will remain open, though the “COVID Cave” will be set up again for contactless pick up and drop off. We will have the hand sanitiser, contact tracing register and QR code at the front door again with the waiting room blocked off as well. Bookings will still be taken for whenever you want to pop your vehicle in. So basically, we’re still there for your essential vehicle servicing and repairs! See you soon!

Hello everyone.... I just realized how close we are to Christmas. Man, that snuck up on me. Anyway, as usual, the workshop will be closed through the holiday period. The doors will come down from midday Xmas eve and we will reopen January 11. I will be checking emails and voice-mails over the Xmas period, and will also be able to respond to online booking requests from our website. So won't be totally unreachable.
So, have a safe and happy Xmas. And we'll see you in the new year!

Level 3 again. Hrmmph.
We are an essential service soooooo .... we are open for all your motoring needs. I’ve set up the COVID cave again, so no waiting room. Contactless drop off and pick up is happening again. Hand sanitiser everywhere and a contact register to sign.
Hope this doesn’t become the new normal.....

So it’s official! Lockdown is easing a little.
Hope you’ve all made it through unscathed and have maintained some level of sanity!
We will be opening the workshop on Tuesday April 28 from 8.30 am till 4.30pm.
However, we still have to take some precautions.
Drop off and pick up must be contactless, so.....
Only one person in the office at a time.
There will be a designated waiting area and you’ll need to wait to be “invited” in, and social distancing rules still apply there...
We will not be able to conduct test drives with you in the car or drop you off/pick you up.
We can, by appointment only, collect your vehicle and drop it off, so long as it is contactless.
Loan cars will not be available
And there’ll be a few other restrictions in place until this is all over.
The main thing is though, we can WoF, repair and service your vehicle if you need it.
