2.2L diesel engine
Common issue, head gasket failure, where coolant gets pushed out of radiator and engine gets over heated.
Intake manifold and valve ports gets blocked with carbon soot from Exhaust Gas recirculation(EGR).
DPF gets blocked from constant city driving. Constant regeneration dilutes the engine oil.
We now have solution to all these issues.
This particular project CX5 now has aftermarket 4 layer head gasket,
Intake system cleaned and EGR has been deleted and cooler has been bypassed.
Better flowing exhaust system, with a remapped ECU and TCU update for smoother driving experience.
