The team at Pine Harbour Electrical have been refitting the engine room on our new boat “Revolution”
Full strip out of the engines, genset, plumbing,wiring and insulation

The machinery was in bad shape and needed some loving

All coolers etc have been overhauled and all seals etc replaced.

We took the engines out to Soda Blast Nz.
Pete is a valued customer and a sponsor to our local Game Fishing club in Clevedon.
His team has done an incredible job with Cleaning up and painting the engines.
We would give a 100% recommendation to use Soda Blast Nz, the results were top notch.

Kids are cooking dinner, under water light is on, so plenty of action at the back of the boat👍
Under water lights bring up all kinds of bait fish, including white bait!!

Epic morning fish out of Tolaga Bay this morning, some nice Kingis, puka, Terakihi and snappers.
Tons of Logs clogging the coast, had a quick visit into Cooks Cove.

Lockie nailed some nice Kings on stick baits

New fitout on Sealink's Clipper 2 ferry. All new Chart\radar screens. Twin Simrad evo3 12inch units. Simrad Halo compression pulse radar and a Simrad 4G broadband radar. The old Raymarine units had lasted well but were getting tired. They had lasted 11 years (253285 miles)of full time service. Also fitted a new Raymarine autohelm all tied in together so autohelm will steer to waypoints selected on the Simrad plotter.

The best boating has to be during winter, beautiful settled nights with near empty bays. Great fishing🎣
Even though we had frost on the deck, inside was a nice even 22 deg thanks to our Eberspacher diesel heater.
We offer a supply and install service of Diesel heaters at a very competitive price🔥
Keep warm and better still, use the boat more🤙
