The customer contacts Mike and together the best repair method is agreed upon. Often a sample section is used to provide a copy part. Maybe they or their panelbeater removes the rusted or damage section from the vehicle. They send the sample to Mike with photos and measurements if needed. Mike duplicates the panel. The client or their Panelbeater fits the replica section.
