Hawkswood Classic Car Parts are pleased to let the Classic MG Car Owners in New Zealand know that our second Parts Indent in 2024 is going ahead.

We are excited to invite MG car owners to participate in this Import.

With the current pricing of freight from The UK and Europe the use of this services makes good sense for Classic car enthusiasts.

Owners of all types of Classic MG cars, from the T series TD TF series etc through to MGA, MGB, MGBGT, MGC and MGRV8 are more than welcome to participate.
If you need large body panels or even small parts etc we are happy to quote prices and talk MG to you.
We have good terms in place with most suppliers and the sharing of the sea-freight charges is really what its all about.

Below are set out the mechanics of this Indent.

The Indent is being collated by Hawkswood Classic Car Parts car parts to allow you to purchase parts. The shipment will be collated with other orders and transported by Sea Freight.

ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are to be placed with Hawkswood using either Moss or Rimmers correct codes (or any other recognisable OEM Part as per their online catalogues. We may struggle with orders that do not have these codes.
• For reference use the following websites:
www.rimmerbros.com or www.moss-europe.co.uk (We can work with either supplier’s SKU numbers). If you have a Part Number outside of these two send it through and we will work on it.
• For this Indent, Orders must be received by Tuesday 14th May 2024. (thats the close off date for Orders)
• Once an order /enquiry is received we will respond advising the NZ Dollar cost price ex Works UK before order is confirmed and you can either accept or cancel the order. We can estimate a non-binding freight charge for you at that time. (That charge may vary)
• We will request payment in full of the ex-Works cost in NZ Dollars on final confirmation of your order. A refund will be issued if your goods are not shipped due to supplier being out of stock at time of shipment. For this INDENT we expect shipment to take place around Last Week May 2024 with arrival in New Zealand around 65 days thereafter.
• The International freight portion will be allocated to each product based on the actual volume of item/items ordered by each customer. Payment for International freight portion along with local freight portion will be required when indent arrives. There will be an option to collect your indent order from our depot and save on NZ Freight cost if you so desire, or we can courier your order in the normal manner .
• Shipping dates and vessels will be advised and updated once the goods are in transit.

INDENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• All items ordered are firm sale after your confirmation and you are responsible for ensuring the part numbers ordered are what you require.
• Existing shelf stock held by Hawkswood will not be subject to Indent pricing or comparison.
• Shipments in Transit will be covered by Hawkswood’s Marine Insurance Policy.
• Hawkswood are not responsible for part fitment or suitability of parts for a particular application. Please ensure you order the correct part from the online catalogues and websites.
• Epidemic failure of any parts will be referred to the supplier in the case of non functioning parts.
