Milner Mobility We are the largest supplier of mobility vehicles in NZ and have a wide range of vehicles to choose from. We specialize in vehicles for the disabled.

I've been in the motor industry for 53 years and have owned Rod Milner Motors for 34 years. We offer a wide range of vehicles but in particular I have a special interest in people with disabilities. My late wife had to use a wheelchair when she was very ill, and I immediately realized the shortcomings in the quantity and quality of vehicles available for the disabled. Since that time I have set about changing this situation by specializing in disability vehicles of the best price and highest quality. I was the founding chairman of the Imported Motor Vehicle Dealers Association and am a member of VANZ. As you will see from the vehicles in stock, we carry a wide range of vehicles. We have a large range of disability vehicles of all different types and I'm sure we will have a suitable vehicle for you. Rod Milner Motors will always go the extra mile to ensure all our vehicles meet the very high standards required. We consider your safety of paramount importance and conduct careful checks to ensure the correct anchorages are installed and the rear hoist meets the required standard. You need to be very careful when purchasing a vehicle with the rear hoist as a lot of the vehicles in the market would not meet the standards set for the carrying of a disabled person. At the end of the day we are here to help. Give us a call and you will find us very easy to work in with. We also stock a large range of quality, selected vehicles. At Rod Milner Motors most of our customers buy for the long term. The average client keeps their vehicle for 8 years so buying a low mileage car makes sense. We are now the largest supplier of disability vehicles in NZ and also have the biggest range of vehicles to choose from. We are located at 580 Great South Road, Greenlane. We are 100m from the 'Harp of Erin' and the Campbell Road intersection. We are easy to find and have plenty of parking available. Please feel free to come down to the yard and pay us a visit. We are the experts and have the team here to assist you.

We were delighted to host the South Auckland NZ Spinal Trust gathering at our Showroom last Thursday. Those who attended received a guided tour of our facilities and see firsthand our operation and the exceptional work of our team, with attendees asking lot's of questions along the way. We're grateful for the opportunity to share our story and host this event.

Our Managing Director Darren said "I reckon there’s huge value in being able to interact with our clients and the wider community in a more relaxed environment. I get to have proper conversations, hear different perspectives and, most importantly, learn from the people we’re here to support".

Last week we hosted Mens Shed Auckland East for a tour of Milner Mobility.

Darren said "it was great to show them around our facilities, talk through what we do and give them an insight into some of the products and services we offer. But, as is often the case, I probably learnt just as much from them as they did from us. There’s a lot to be said for listening to those who have been around the block a few times. Experience counts, and there is always something to learn from your older peers".

Malcolm, one of the memebers of the Mens Shed said, "we were thoroughly impressed by the scale of your operations, facilities, and staff capabilities."

Thanks to the team for coming in and spending some time with us.
