Today Henderson Glass thanked Liam for his long service and commitment with a beautiful breakfast and an even nicer gift.

If you have had a repair over the last 11 years there is a good chance you have had the chance to experience Liam's great customer service and expertise in our trade.

So enjoyed our Christmas Party last night. Why is Hunter wearing the bunny ears, because he arrived half an hour late like last year 😂. So enjoyed time away from work. We also thanked some of our staff who have been with Henderson Glass for 18 years, 10 and 7 years. And yes Sergio, got the 10 years correct 😁. Thank you for all the work you guys have done this year. Looking forward to next year.

From timber to aluminium Repairs. Frameless showers to Frameless doors. Someone who enjoys variety in their day, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
Key Attributes
• Great Communicator. Coms to our customers, suppliers, customer service team. For planning of jobs.
• Competent with measuring own glass. Timber, Double glazed units, commercial extrusions.
• Energetic. Shows up to work ready to go and not just looking for that 1st coffee. Although we always have Moccona on standby.
• Customer focused. Customers are our key ingredient to our success.
• Lateral Thinker. Not all repairs are straight forward and may require some outside of the box thinking to get the job done in a timely and safe manner.

Henderson Glass would love to talk with you. We are looking to employ a full time FOH team member capable of but not limited to the below.

Key attributes
-Proven customer Service experience
-Comfortable using Outlook, medium level computer competency.
-We use Smart Builder (Glass Industry Software System) experience using this system would be an advantage, but full training will be given to the successful candidate.
-Able to problem solve/think on your feet to help our customers with their enquiries.
-Enjoy working in a fast paced and friendly environment.
-Friendly and approachable, you will be the 1st point of contact for our customers.
-Be available to work 1 Saturday per month or as required at the completion of the trial period.

Henderson Glass is a long-established family-owned business in West Auckland. We service Property Managers, Project managers, Schools, as well as the general Public.
We will also consider being flexible with hours for the right candidate.
