What a great opportunity to play our part in the rebuild of this rare 1947 Nash Ambassador.
We used crushed glass to gently remove all the layers of paint, body filler and rust to show the Nash’s body and panels in bare steel…we were able to do the roof skin, rear quarters bonnet and boot lid completely, inside and out easily.
After each panel and the body shell finished, we applied a couple of coats of keyphos to keep the surface rust away while repairs and alterations are being completed.
Can’t wait to see the progress on this build….something really special !
