Supplementary Reg’s covering the new
Junior Sports Bike Class to be run at the 3 round
CFMOTO Auckland Motorcycle club series

The idea behind this class is intended to allow cost effective racing with minimal modifications. This class is limited to the following bikes: CFMOTO450SR & SRS, Aprillia RS457, Honda CBR500r, Kawasaki Ninja 500 twin and Carl Cox motorsport Ninja Cup spec Ninja 400. Other bikes may be considered on application.
1. All machines MUST meet the requirements of MOMS Technical Appendix and the supplementary regulations below. E.g. Lock wires, race numbers etc.
2. All machines must remain as per manufacturer’s specifications with the exception of meeting MOMS Technical Appendix. E.g. exhaust system, wheels, suspension, fuel and ignition system must not be changed.
3. Race fairings maybe fitted.
4. Tyres must be treaded and wet weather tyres are allowed.
5. Tyre warmers are allowed.
6. Pump fuel up to 100 octane may be used.
7. ECU must not be altered in any way.
8. Unless stated above no other modifications are allowed.
9. Auckland Motorcycle Club reserve the right to swap out an ECU should it be deemed necessary. AMCC shall have no recourse should engine failure occur due to a swapped ECU.
10. Carl Cox Motorsport Ninja cup bikes can enter this class; Machines will be subject to CCMS Supplementary regulations.
11. Race numbers will be a blue background with yellow numbers.
12. The CFMOTO450SR & SRS, Aprillia RS457, Honda CBR500r, Kawasaki Ninja 500 twin have an exemption on belly pans for the AMCC 3 round series in 2026 ONLY. This applies only in the junior Sport bike class; if you enter any other class then belly pans are required as per MOMS technical Appendix.

AMCC 100th Anniversary will be celebrated in 2027
Labour Weekend 2027 is the planned weekend at this time.

And we want to get an idea of who would be interested in attending the celebration.
We're looking for registrations of interest - from those who WILL attend.

Its a no-charge event, but it will be ticketed (so we have a handle on the numbers) for planning and logistics.

So let us know. Is this something you WILL attend ?

AMCC would like to thank Pirelli for their continued support of the CFMOTO New Zealand Auckland Motorcycle Club Series. With only 8 weeks to go till Round 1 which is also the start of the 2nd half of the Pirelli north island cup, Now is a really good time to get your tyre orders in to avoid the risk of stocks running out. Remember, every one who enters the club series is eligible for the tyre deal.

AMCC is pleased to announce CFMOTO as the naming rights sponsor of this years Auckland Motorcycle Club Series, which kicks off on 6 September 2026, at Hampton Downs.

This meeting will also see commencement of the 2nd half of The Pirelli North Island Cup, which reaches its half was point at Manfeild Circuit Chris Amon this coming Sunday, 24 May.

We wish all the riders the very best for this coming weekend, then hope you have a restful winter.

And we look forward to seeing you all at the CFMOTO-Auckland Motorcycle Club Series beginning in September.
