Ardmore Motocross Track

Ardmore will be open for practice today Sunday 31st May from 10 am until 4 pm. Apart from some light drizzle blowing through early this morning the forecasts are for a breezy, cloudy day with the rain holding off until after 9 pm tonight. The wind is coming from the north so it’s 19 degrees and quite warm for this time of the year. We have carved up the whole track and added new sections in our latest rebuild for Round 4 of the Wildman Series.

Ardmore will be open for practice tomorrow Sunday 31st May from 10 am until 2 pm. We have just finished another epic track rebuild and we have got some new sections to run for the Wildman Series this year so we will be adding in whatever works best for tomorrows practice ride when we finish prepping the track today. The Metservice forecast is for a few isolated light showers tomorrow before 9 am in the morning so we wont be track watering. The showers are predicted mainly for the afternoon after 2 pm so we will stay open until 2 pm or longer until 4 pm if we don't get anything until later. We will post an update tonight and a final update early tomorrow morning when we can check the rain radar to confirm the forecast. Its looking like heavy rain through next week into the following weekend so this could be the best ride for the next few weeks.

We finished prepping Ardmore today for Round 3 of the Wildman Series on this Sunday 24th May. We widened the straights and corners, refaced and widened the jumps and power harrowed everything to perfection. The soil is soft and damp and the surface will form up quickly for racing on Sunday so we will run a 25 minute practice session for Seniors and a 25 minute session for Juniors before we start racing at 11 am. The forecast is for fine weather and this is the premium time of the year for racing and filming at Ardmore.

Ardmore will be open for practice tomorrow Wednesday 20th May from 2 pm until 6 pm. The weather is looking good for the whole week and we are power harrowing the circuit for tomorrows ride. For most of last week the long range forecasts were predicting rain for this coming weekend but the forecast models changed yesterday and its now looking good for this Sunday 24th May and Round 3 of the Wildman Series.

We have got perfect weather and perfect track conditions for tomorrows practice day at Ardmore this Sunday 17th May from 10 am until 4 pm. We power harrowed the whole track on Thursday and we will finishing prepping it this afternoon for tomorrows ride.
The forecast is for fine weather and a light south easterly breeze.
