Our Service and Parts department have been prepared to ensure that you will be able to visit safely and we can’t wait to see you again.

Whether you want to get a service, or parts; we have followed all Government guidelines to keep everybody safe.

• Workers and customers must wear a face covering — unless they are exempt.
• Social distancing must be observed. Stay safe - Stay 2 metres apart.
• You must scan in using the NZ COVID Tracer app.
• Hand sanitiser will provided for you to use.
• If you are unwell, please stay at home.

Auckland’s move to Alert Level 3 means we will be able to offer contactless service bookings from Wednesday 22nd September. The process will be different to before, but we will do everything we can to deliver the same great experience.

We have a stringent set of measures in place that follow the Ministry of Health guidelines.

- There can be no customer access inside the dealerships, this unfortunately means no face-to-face interactions.

- Where applicable, contactless visits will be by appointment only.

- All visits to the dealership must scan the COVID TRACER QR code displayed at the drop off point. More information will be provided during your booking process.

- All touchpoints, including those on vehicles, will be sanitised after every contact.

- PPE has been supplied to all staff and will be worn whilst working on your vehicle.
