The team at AutoSparks are looking to recruit a welcoming and ambitious Automotive Service Advisor / Receptionist to the team. The position is a full time role (Monday - Friday 8.00am-5.00pm).

The successful candidate:
- Must have a passion for customer service.
- Experience in customer service, customer facing, reception or retail roles.
- Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and computer skills.
- Must work well under pressure and be able to prioritise work load.
- Able to work un-supervised as well as part of a team.
- - Sound knowledge of a Service Department i.e. job times / labour charge out rates
Bright and friendly personality.
- Use initiative yet also be able to take direction.
- Professional presentation.
- Have high standards and a high level of attention to detail.
- A current New Zealand driver’s licence.

Responsibilities will include:
- Manage telephone, email, booking system and enquiries.
- Meeting & greeting customers.
- Advising customers on their vehicle or recommendations
- Preparing customers work requests for the workshop.
- General administration duties including invoicing & purchasing
