3D production of carparts. Doing so by investing all the "profit" into new stuff all the time.

"Byneset Customs", became the "callsign" of my passion, when posting upgrades on my cars, in the early car forum days, and made it easy to identify my project along the way. Mostly i try to modify whatever comes to my mind, as a stock car is allways a compromize from the manufacturer. Now i do Hobby based fabrication and modelling of car parts for fun, and as a limited supplier for other car-mania

cs, on stuff not possible to get anywhere else or from oem suppliers...
I often see my stuff replicated, and that makes me proud, that my uneducated 3D modelling is going the right way. As for my "profit", i hardly have any, my policy is; this is for my own Fun and as a educational project to learn, the most i can on 3D modelling, and giving back to people that get my parts. Experimenting with additional parts, fitments etc. Hopefully my hobby can bring a lot of joy to fellow car guys and girls!

Modell almost finished and prototypes looking good for fitment.

Cupholders is my first project as my center console cupholders are Always full of crap and i need a dedicated Cupholder elsewhere...
Navi screen integration would be possible for anyone with non OEM navi dash.
Gauges? Digital squared gauges/ meters for those who tune etc?

From 3D scan through several test prints into the finished airfilterbox, for an awesome Ford Cortina GT Cosworth, roadapproved in norway with mulitlink and Cosworth engine.
Need sanding and stuff to make the ruff areas good for show, but those are in less visible areas in the enginebay.

To all my faithfull and long term customers in USA, i Will keep selling my parts to your locations!

Trying to write this the most political correct way, becouse God knows i want to write it a different way...

As everything in the US keep on changing, from day to day, making everything Totaly unpredictable, with the ongoing tarrif wars towards anyone...

Your country have changed how they want to do business, with Europe.
That change have been made by your goverment, so we in Europe (Norway) will now have to Precharge you, as a customer, for the tarrifs they put on our countries, here in Europe.
You as a customer is still paying the tarrifs, even if we get precharge as an exporter.
We ain't taking the cost of those things our self.
If your goverment thinks an exporter holds the cost, yes initial cost we get charged before shipping, but those charges and expences is allways transfered to the customers end.
Meaning: you get to have the pleasure of paying a lot more for the exact same part.

I have no idea how your customs system work after we precharge you the tarrifs, if you still pay import taxes, or whatever comes on your end when recieving.

An example how your current goverment makes product and shippingcost on your end more expensive:

Previously shipping a B230/16V timingbeltcover to the US cost about 550NOK/ 58$.
It now cost 1290NOK/ 135$, over the double just to get it into the US, with the tarrifs. + local taxes i assume...
And who gets to pay that? Sadly you as a customer...

This is just a heads up for all to know; how these aspects affect global trade and export/ import of goods.

Keep buying, i will keep sending, but sadly at great higher cost for you guys and girls :(

Long ongoing project to make an airfilterbox for a highly modified and road approved norwegian Ford Cortina GT Cosworth. An absolutely beauty of a car it self so the airfilter box had to be a compliment to the car if it was to be made. I hope it went that way after a lot of hours and learning how to use 3D scans and make a lot of small incorporated details for other further projects to.
