Having an increased capacity oil pan for the RB26 is a must for all owners running high flow oil pumps in order to ensure sufficient oil supply under all conditions.

The HPR billet sump extension kit is a complete solution with a well engineered baffle kit and reinforced front diff cover. This together with the modular sump extensions makes it the very best wet sump solution available for the RB26.

RB26 Front diff cover

HPR reinforced front diff cover CNC machined out of 6061 aluminum and anodised.
-The cross sectional area of the cover is doubled in thickness, and the bolt holes are reduced in size to completely eliminate potential movement and cracking of the front diff housing.

RB26 Oil pan baffle kit

The RB26 oil pan baffle kit is developed using full scale CFD with simulations of extreme G-forces found on track. The baffle runs the same height as the OEM baffles and has internal edges to trap the oil into the baffle.

The Z shaped top plate stops the oil from going away from the sump under hard acceleration, and forces it back to the sump where it should be.

The trap doors used in this kit are designed specifically for fluid baffling and are completely maintenance free. They feature a 60 degree stop position and have a lot less resistance to flow versus rubber doors.

Stop potential cracking of your front diff housing with the HPR reinforced front diff cover.
-The cross sectional area of the cover is doubled in thickness, and the bolt holes are reduced in size to completely eliminate potential movement and cracking of the front diff housing.

The oil filler plug and drain plug has been moved in order to clear our sump extension kit, but can also be used for stock RB26 oil pans.

The cover comes with stainless steel breather cover, Viton o-ring, new drain and filler plug, and custom low profile bolts.

During comparison testing we found that moving away from circular holes with rubber flaps greatly increased transfer speed of the oil to the pickup at critical low oil level situations.

The kit is is made of stainless steel and features easy to remove semi cut sections for block brace users.

These ultra low profile An12 breathers comes with our G-mod covers are also available for purchase separately, and will work with stock covers as well.

The Stainless steel press in base has been machined to EXCACTLY match the OEM dimensions, creating a leak free and durable install.

The unique HPR designed banjo bolt takes flow characteristics to another level compared to conventional banjo designs.
-The flow goes past the stem of the bolt instead of going through it, (similar to the port inside a head) increasing surface area and flow.

They come as a set for both intake and exhaust side

The HPR Cam stud kits is Designed to be used on cam lift profiles up to 12.00mm lift and 10,000 RPM safely.

The studs features maximized thread engagement in the head for increased overall strength.
The total height is also reduced in order to get the needed clearance to the covers.

The studs are made of high tensile strength material that supersedes Grade 5 titanium. (12.9 class)
The stud-kit will fit both our G-mod covers and the OEM covers.

HPR takes the well known head drain solution to the next level.

Internally the breather have a stepped centering guide for no reduction of flow in the bottom half of the port, making excessive oil drain alot easier from the head.

The custom designed parts this kit makes the installation a breeze, and on top of that its one of the highest flowing solutions on the market.
What does the head drain kit do?

The head drain kit makes an extra flow path between the block and head, reducing pressure build up in the bottom end and reducing potential oil build up in the head.
