Production in full swing at Hartman Marine Shipbuilding.

Our sister company Hartman Marine Shipbuilding has completed and delivered mv Celtic (YN12). This new type R3 carrier, is an extended version of the earlier Baltic that was sold to Norway. The operator of the ship is Global Seatrade with headquarters in Urk, The Netherlands.

The ship has a length of 108 meters and has been purposely dimensioned for the transport of the latest generation of windmill blades. The RoRo options have been expanded for the transport of defense materials. Further to that Celtic has an Open Top notation and is suitable for the heaviest classes of Dangerous Goods.

Currently Hartman Marine Shipbuilding has more numbers of the R3 carrier vessels under construction. This year the second R3 Carrier (YN13) will be completed for Global Seatrade. In July 2023, the third of the R3 series (YN14) will be delivered to Hartman Seatrade in Urk.

Yardnumbers 15, 16 and 17 are the first numbers of a new series that is currently under development. The deliveries of these numbers are planned 2024-2026.
