ℹ The Fiat Ducato 3.0 CNG is designed to run on CNG and switches to petrol when the CNG tank is empty with limited power and a maximum speed of 90 km/h. When converting those vehicles to petrol or LPG you will experience diagnostic trouble codes, reduced power and a limited top speed.

✅ 180km/h snelheidsbegrenzer verwijderd
✅ Digitale snelheidsmeter verhoogd van 200 naar 260 km/h

ℹ️💻 Sinds 2020 zijn Volvo modellen voorzien van een begrensde topsnelheid van 180 km/h. NRS kan deze begrenzing volledig verwijderen of instellen op een door de klant gewenste waarde.

✅ NRS CPC Upgrade

𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗠𝗚 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿. Tuned your AMG, but the performance feels inconsistent or limited? And top speed limiter is still active? There's a good chance your CPC (Central Powertrain Control) module is still stock.

ℹ️ On many 2019+ Mercedes-AMG models, the CPC works alongside the ECU and contains factory limitations for torque output, throttle behavior and vehicle top speed.

📉 Even when the engine is tuned for increased performance, the factory CPC calibration overrides the ECU tune by enforcing these limitations.

ℹ️🔓 We already knew from our in-house results on locked Volvo Twin Engine PHEV models that the 2.0L VEA petrol engine responds exceptionally well to our tuning. However, accurately displaying these petrol gains only on a dyno graph has been challenging due to the additional torque provided by the ERAD electric motor in the PHEV models.

🆕 That changed last week when one of our Canadian customers took his Volvo S60 T6 AWD to an independent Dynojet at .motorsports 🇨🇦

📊 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭? 𝐀𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝟑𝟏𝟎 𝐡𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟒𝟒𝟔 𝐍𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬. Taking a realistic 18–20% drivetrain loss into account, this equals 378 – 388 hp and 544 – 558Nm at the crank. 🚀

ℹ Not every job is as straightforward as it seems. What started as a simple request to increase the idle speed after an engine overhaul and camshaft upgrade, quickly became one of the most challanging projects we've taken on.

💻 Although we specialize in custom ECU and TCU calibrations, this 6.2L V8 Camaro SS required a completely different tuning approach than the vehicles we work with every day. Simply getting the engine running at idle, preventing it from stalling and pulling away smoothly was already a challenge on its own due to the aggressive aftermarket camshaft in combination with the automatic transmission and stock torque converter.

⏱️ Over 100 hours went into understanding the GM Gen4 ECU control strategy, learning the ins and outs of the platform and developing a custom tune using HP Tuners that not only delivers great power, but also provides OEM+ drivability despite the extensive hardware modifications performed on this vehicle.

🙌 A big shout out and thank you to Michael from for sharing his knowledge and experience. His input played a key role in refining the calibration and achieving the drivability we were aiming for.
