BAIV (British American Infantry Vehicles) BV is a Company located in The Netherlands with a well facilitated workshop (1107 m2 / 11.916 ft2) in Nederweert that supplies, restores historic WW2 Armoured Vehicles & Tanks.. We started with a group of enthusiasts, however, due to the expansion of our hobby, we decided at the beginning of 2012 to start an international trading company. Over the past decades, the BAIV crew has amassed a great deal of knowledge in the field of maintenance, restoration and conversion of military armored cars, halftracks, tanks and howitzers. Therefore, BAIV can help you with identification, parts supply (N.O.S. If you have a vehicle which need to be overhauled please do not hesitate to ask an inquiry. In Episode 8 of Behind the Frontlines, work continues on the legendary Sherman Firefly, as Ben and the team take another step in bringing this historic tank back to life.

Meanwhile, the deadline for the Hetzer is getting dangerously close. With Militracks approaching, there’s still plenty of work to do and not much time left to do it.

And just when the workshop couldn’t possibly get any fuller… a new project comes rolling through the doors.

A very big one.

In fact, it might just be the biggest tank we’ve ever had inside the BAIV workshop.

No scripts. No shortcuts. Just history brought back to life with the usual dose of controlled chaos.
