Next on our participant list is Erwin van der Wal.

I own this Oldsmobile powered ’69 Pontiac Lemans since 2000. At the big first street legal event in 2002 @ Drachten I ran my first low 14 sec. runs.
The engine developed in the years to the current 468 Cui. power plant with a lot of goodies but no power adder. Just a big powerful normally aspirated V8 engine, approx. 500HP
Early this year a roll-bar was added (thanx Pieter Hof ) to make the 11 sec. runs legal in the SE-class.
The car is still street legal and all of the races I drive it on the street to the strip and back home.
With nice weather it will also do some cruising on the Frisian roads.
Current PB is 11,704 sec. I need to mention that this was only possible with the big support/tuning from Marc Langenberg Total Performance, Automotive

Not only a new personal best of 11.704 but also started pulling the left front wheel of the ground!
