A whole list of upgrades for this BMW M140i and not without results. The car is running a very respectable 100-200 in 5.78s, Dragy verified on E30 fueling. A common mistake is that a lot of people think installing just a bigger turbocharger on a vehicle will give them HP numbers to the moon, but it doesn't work that way. It's a combination of fueling, temperatures and then the turbocharger which plays a role in achieving consistent and reliable results in the end. Don't ask us what a "Stage 3" will get you, tell us your hardware and fueling, and we will make sure your car will run flawless on its maximum capability and our professional calibration in which we take reliability, overall powerband and torque build-up very serious, especially on these transmissions.

The BMW 20/30e hybrid which can be found in the 3-series, 5-series and X3 models are currently one of the most tuned vehicles in our shop and not without a reason. The benefit of our custom calibrations is we actually care about our tuningprojects and make sure that reliability comes in first place, especially in the way how we build up the torque and provide lineair torque delivery over the whole rev range, instead of boosting it in such way that it will deliver 750NM+ and then nothing. Theoretically we can even deliver close to 800NM, which will simply destroy hardware components and decrease driveability and reliability and will deliver less top-end power in the end, such as simple copy/paste tuning files. We always do recommend an OPF-Delete to decrease backpressure and increase reliability even more. Interested? Contact us!

What an engine the B58 is, isn't it? As known, our custom setup for this vehicle will deliver the performance figures described above. Most importantly is that these vehicles will heatsoak when tuned and we advice to upgrade the intake manifold to prevent this. It will further increase performance, but more importantly, it will be more consistent in delivering it's power as well.

This car is still running with the OEM intercooler which, as known, is a bottleneck for this platform. The car was tuned before but came for a re-tune. Although the peaknumbers aren't that different than before, the powerband is way better, boost control and timing are optimized and the torque is not manipulated due to our custom calibration. Driveability is improved as well and the car will be back next year with an upgraded intercooler and turbo-upgrade. Baseline is set!

We have been developing, tuning and optimizing the B48 engines for years and these results show. The car is running on 98RON fueling and is capable of pushing out more than 330HP if the hardware is right. We limit power accordingly to keep safety and reliability high and not primarily focus on achieving "cool" peak numbers. 52 Hours our dyno ran to come to these results. We developed a proper Stage 1 on 95RON fueling with our custom calibration for this Porsche. After finalizing this setup, the car will be fitted with a Free-Flow Downpipe and Eventuri intake to further boost the performance on 98RON fueling.
