Your BMW oil runs hotter than it needs to. 🔥

Our Mosselman Oil Thermostat is designed to keep oil temperatures under control by opening at 85°C instead of the OEM 105°C.

By allowing oil to flow through the cooler earlier, it helps maintain more stable oil temperatures, especially when the car is tuned or driven hard.

Currently available for BMW N54, N55 and S55 engines, the thermostat is a direct fit and made from solid aluminum. Installation takes around 30 minutes.

For one week, the workshop is closed. For two weeks, the dyno is taking a break.

That means no installations and no dyno runs for a little while.

But there’s one thing that doesn’t stop:

From Stage 2+ to a proper stance.

We had this G87 M2 in the workshop before for the full Stage 2+ setup, including the ECU unlock, Eventuri intakes, upgraded downpipes, OPF delete midpipe and our custom ECU remap.

This time, the focus was on the chassis.

We fitted:

KW HAS kit
H&R 11 mm wheel spacers per side

The KW Height Adjustable Spring kit allows us to lower the car while retaining the original dampers. It gives us adjustable ride height, so we can set the car up exactly how we want it rather than simply fitting a fixed lowering spring.

For the wheel fitment, we fitted 11 mm H&R spacers per side, adding 22 mm of track width per axle. This brings the wheels further out and gives them a much cleaner, flush fitment with the bodywork.

The difference is subtle, but it completely changes the stance of the M2.

Performance upgraded. Stance sorted. 👌
