CNC Millers Wanted, Netherlands
We are hiring experienced CNC millers to operate and set up 3–5 axis machining centres in the Netherlands. Full-time work on a Dutch employment contract.
Pay:
•⁠ ⁠€740–€940 net/week, depending on overtime and shifts
•⁠ ⁠€740 is based on 40 hours with a 128% morning/afternoon shift premium
•⁠ ⁠From €3,350 net/month for base hours
Included:
•⁠ ⁠Paid accommodation in single rooms, SNF certified
•⁠ ⁠Pension contribution approx. €45 per 40 hours worked
•⁠ ⁠Holiday reservation approx. €120/month
•⁠ ⁠Healthcare allowance approx. €100/month
•⁠ ⁠Health insurance, sick pay, social security and all contributions under Dutch law
•⁠ ⁠5 days on, 1 day off rotation
•⁠ ⁠Overtime available, usually on Saturdays
The job:
•⁠ ⁠Operating and setting up 3–5 axis CNC machining centres (Heidenhain / Fanuc)
•⁠ ⁠Making corrections and partial programming on the machine
•⁠ ⁠Quality control and measuring to tight micron tolerances
•⁠ ⁠Clamping and aligning parts, tool changes and basic machine maintenance
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠At least 2 years of CNC milling experience
•⁠ ⁠Able to read technical drawings on your own
•⁠ ⁠Fanuc or Heidenhain; Mazatrol, G-code or CAD/CAM is a plus
•⁠ ⁠English B1, Dutch A2 or German B1
•⁠ ⁠Driving licence (B)

HVAC Ductwork Installers Wanted, Netherlands
We are hiring ductwork and HVAC installers for large industrial projects around Groningen and Amsterdam (schools, hospitals, wellness centres). Immediate start, stable work for several months.

Pay
•⁠ ⁠Dutch employment contract: €3,100–€3,450/month net (based on 173 hours/month)
•⁠ ⁠Self-employed (ZZP): €33–36/hour, avg. €6,700/month (based on 190 hours)

Included with the employment contract:
•⁠ ⁠Accommodation and health insurance covered
•⁠ ⁠Holiday allowance approx. €110/month
•⁠ ⁠Pension contribution (Stipp) plus healthcare allowance

Job Description:
CNC milling of large components (3–5 axis), including machine setup, minor program adjustments, and quality inspection of finished parts.
Job duties:
- Operating and setting up 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Programming and making corrections directly on the machine, or preparing programs in advance
- Working from technical documentation and drawings
- Tool changing, tool setting, and basic machine maintenance
- Quality control of finished products using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Collaborating on the optimisation of the production process
What’s offered:
- €740 is based on a standard 40-hour week at 128% rate for morning/afternoon shifts
- €940 is based on 52 hours and 4-shift allowance
- Supplementary pension contribution of ~€45 per 40 hours worked — i.e., total value €785–985
- Overtime available depending on workload, usually possible on Saturdays
- Vacation reserve ~€120/month
- Health insurance contribution ~€100/month
- From €3,400 net/month for base hours, combined
- Dutch employment contract
- 5+1 work rotation

- CAD/CAM skills an advantage
- Category B driver's license
- Attention to detail, precision, and responsibility

TIG welding of stainless steel pipes and structures, component assembly according to technical drawings, and quality inspection of welds and finished products.
Compensation and Conditions:
Employment Contract :
- €3,400–4,100 net/month, depending on hours worked (standard 40 hours/week, up to 54 with overtime)
- Single-room accommodation covered by employer
- Health insurance, social security, and pension contributions covered
- Commuting allowance of €0.23/km
- 5+1 work rotation schedule
Freelance / Self-Employed :
- €43+/hour, negotiable individually for above-standard pace or quality
- With overtime, monthly earnings can exceed €10,000
- Invoicing on a 7/14 basis
- Accommodation available for €203/week if using company housing (self-paid)
Available to Both:
- On-site support
- Administrative support from offices in the Netherlands
Requirements:
- Experience with TIG welding (141), supported by proven practical experience
- Experience working with stainless steel
