This Yamaha R7 35 kW came to us to be fully derestricted and unlock its true performance.

To achieve this, we replaced the restrictive intake airbox tubes, installed a high-performance sport air filter, and completed the package with our custom ECU calibration.

The result is maximum power and torque, optimized for this setup, along with smooth, precise throttle response throughout the entire RPM range—delivering a significantly more responsive and enjoyable riding experience.

Yamaha MT09 Major maintenance with Valve adjustment 🛠🔥

The Suzuki GSX-R 600 came in for a major refresh and left stronger than ever. 🔥

After completing a full maintenance service — including new spark plugs, throttle body synchronization, and replacing all fluids — the bike was ready for the next step on our SuperFlow dyno bench to finalize the setup with our custom ECU flash.

Since the bike was already equipped with a full exhaust system, we upgraded it further with a race air filter and velocity stacks to maximize performance.

The results were exactly what we aimed for, and the customer’s feedback after the first ride made it all worth it 💪😎

With our custom 3D-printed airbox mod and velocity stacks, we achieved noticeable gains across the entire throttle range.
On the top end and high RPMs, the power keeps pulling hard — as shown in the 5th picture where the graph stays almost completely “flat table” on peak power.
