Now Recruiting: Financial Service Advisors & Sales Team Leads
📍 Location: Lagos (Mainland & Surrounding Areas)
We are currently recruiting driven, result-oriented individuals to join our team as Financial Service Advisors and Sales Team Leads.
After selection, successful candidates will undergo comprehensive product and sales training and will leverage our branch network across Lagos to drive sales and grow their careers in the financial services industry.
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW
👉 Financial Service Advisor (FSA)
- Promote and sell insurance and financial products
- Build and manage client relationships
- Identify prospects and convert them into paying clients
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
👉 Sales Team Lead
- Lead and manage a team of Financial Service Advisors
- Oversee a minimum portfolio of 15 advisors
- Drive team performance to achieve sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop new advisors
- Monitor performance and ensure productivity
🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to meet targets and work in a - performance-driven environment
- Leadership and people management skills (for Team Leads)
- Training and mentoring ability (Team Leads)
- Strong recruitment drive (Team Leads)
- Experience in sales/insurance is an added advantage
🔹 QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc
- At least 2 years experience in sales/marketing (preferred for Team Lead role)
🔹 REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
- Fixed Allowance (up to ₦250,000 for qualified roles)
- Commission & performance-based incentives
