It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved founder and leader, Okoli Vincent Chinedu, fondly known as Venom. 🕊️🤍

To many of you, Venom was more than the man behind this business.

He was a leader. A friend. A brother. A father. A man who believed in people, showed up for people, and built relationships with genuine care.

Through this business, he created more than a company. He created connections, opportunities, friendships and memories that will remain with the people whose lives he touched.

His passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family, his son, his friends, his team, and everyone who loved him.

We are still trying to find the words to express the weight of this loss. But one thing is certain: the impact of Venom’s life will not end with his passing.

The work he built will continue through the team he built, with the values, relationships and vision that mattered to him continuing to guide us.

To everyone who has supported Venom, believed in him, worked with him, done business with him, stood by him, or simply called him a friend, thank you.

We ask that you keep his family, especially his son, his loved ones and our entire team in your prayers as we navigate this painful loss.

Happy birthday
son. God bless you all the days of your life. God has blessed me with having you as a son and he has kept me to see you grow into becoming a better version of myself....i don’t like bragging but with you being my child, I will brag because it’s not easy being a single parent raising a son all alone for 13 years.......
I have tried my possible best to see that you lack nothing in life.......... Let me make this known clearly, I’m a very strict parent, I might laugh as u want, but when it comes to respect, cleanliness, obedience, Godliness, love and being a strong person, I don’t fail in that way teaching him.........34 years old man with a 13 years old son. Update about this car !!just like i told him, the wheels and tires needs to be changed, brakes, brake discs, pads, engine oil, transmission oil and transmission oil filter, new brake fluid, steering wheel and steering rack, bumpers, upholstery on both front seats, bushings alignment and complete ovenbake respray and tiny elliptical errors..... i haven’t had time to ask my plug for the cost of rims and tires for these cars…..

Another day, another crazy job to be carried out by myself, my team of workers, from external to interior jobs.... It’s a very sound v8 engine which runs and drives very fine....
Needs new bumpers, side mirrors, side steps, new headlights, backlights, brand new wheels and tires, complete restoration, new air condition compressor, new condenser, this will pass through surgery honestly and hopefully it will come out different.....new engine bushings, needs detailing, and it didn’t come to me with the catalytic converters.......... this car was not properly taken care of honestly, the inside looks so dirty more than the outside i swear.... And the best thing about Toyota / Lexus engines are built to last longer than the average human life..... I’m called VENOM for a reason…….

When it was sill a car and barely modified.
It wasn’t even tuned then,
No muffler delete,
No exhaust modifications of any sort.
I wasn’t even disvirgined by what I planned to do with it back then.

It only had lambo doors, rolls Royce star lights on woofers in the trunk.

And I won’t even tell lies. When it was tuned, it became very fast and I never crashed it nor scratched it.

And it also spit flames 🔥 too when i finally tuned it.

I bought this 2012 Mercedes Glk for someone years ago. Changed its color, modified the exhaust, installed interior ambience lighting and, upgraded the front and rear bumpers, steering wheel, infotainment system, wheels and tires back then and it was great 😊. He left the country and this same car was left under someone’s care. …………… anyways it came back from delta state with some issues which will be sorted out soon. ……… the two front seats need to be upholstered again, driver’s door, break discs, break pads , steering wheel, total servicing and repaying. And the wheels needs to be changed also like I told him

Seeing my unfinished project after 3 years of my being absence really made me feel so bad. Something I too my precious time into what it is laid in one place rotting away because of what happened to me who I’m today, something that made me properly know by a lot of people. I felt so bad. This car has never disappointed me for once. Anyways all thanks to God for still keeping me alive today. And the truth is noddy does it better than me I’m called VENOM for every reasons. Fun fact—— the time, patience, love, willingness, commitment, and dedication I put into making this a one of one is something else which cannot be studied💯 people who knows me very well can testify to what I’m saying. I’m back to work 💯also I’m still recovering and preparing for my last surgery of which will happen soon. Please bring your cars I need work again 🙏🙏🙏
