A Sienna was travelling from Onitsha to Port Harcourt with some passengers on Sunday morning (1st February, 2026), unfortunately the front tyre burst on the way while on motion at a place called No man's land Ogbaku, along Onitsha-Owerri road, Imo State which caused the vehicle to somersault and resulted in three passengers having injury while one was unconscious, they were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital but the unconscious patient was referred to another hospital (Federal University Teaching Hospital Owerri also known as FMC Owerri - Federal Medical Center Owerri) immediately but after all effort to revive her, she was not able to make it, the hospital declared that she has passed away on Monday morning (2nd February, 2026) and she has been deposited at their mortuary, the accident has also been reported to Ogbaku police station but the family of the deceased are yet to be identified because no information was found on the deceased and her phone was not found too.
