Our diagnostic service covers all brand of vehicles that are OBD 2 (on board diagnostic system) compliant, ie all brand of vehicles manufactured since 1996 with factory installed OBD 2 data link channel (DLC). Owing to the nature of problems associated with today’s vehicles, it is challenging sometimes to get vehicles to the workshop for proper diagnosis hence we have in place standard and well coordinated field diagnosis service that can be carried out anywhere. Our field diagnosis services also provide our clients with the opportunity to have a live diagnostic report and graphical schematics details of all possible fixes to their vehicular troubles, where it is not possible to get the vehicles to us, we also operate vehicle recovery services which provide the opportunity to move your vehicle to our workshop for proper inspection. In addition to our regular vehicle diagnostic services, we also undertake and facilitate resource trainings on auto diagnostic and current mechatronic practice around the world. We liaise with fleet managers and provide them assistance on standard vehicle maintenance practice, driver coordination and education on cluster sign interpretations. We also provide professional vehicle inspection service at dealer shops, carrying out all possible and standard checks before a decision on purchase is made. Our clients are assisted to bargain strongly on any draw-back that is observed on inspection of vehicles. Quarterly documentary history of vehicle condition is also an added value service we provide to all our clients as we assist our clients to take decision on possible engine tune-up, overhaul or outright replacement of their engines/vehicles. However, before any replacement is advised, all possible options will be exhausted.
