Exciting news - as of this Sunday the Old Wheelers Club will be open for Lunch on Sundays. The Club opens at 11:00 offering lunch from 12:00 till 14:30. The Club will close at 16:00.
Our Clubhouse will then be closed on Mondays, opening at 16:00 on Tuesdays.

We recommend that Bookings are made in advance to avoid disappointment.

For bookings please mail [email protected] or call the clubhouse number 083 330 5331 during open times.

Looking forward to seeing you on Sundays going forward. Our open times on the other days remain as is.

This week at the Old Wheelers Clubhouse - Wednesday, 13 May we will open at 16:00 for Steaks & Gluehwein in addition to our Menu.

On Thursday (Ascension Day) we will be open from 11:00 for Rohhack & Lunch.

On Friday and Saturday will be open as per usual hours.

One of the best farm names we came across today, and one that made us pull off the gravel road to Köes, was ‘Carpe Diem’ – ‘Seize the day’. It appealed to us on our ‘Namibia My Way’ roadtrip where every day unfolds with special moments and each has its own highlights.

We parked the 1958 Merc Ponton next to the sign and posed for a photograph, capturing the spirit of the team with its wide range of individuals of various ages and backgrounds, yet all travelling so well together.

Always grateful, we feel fortunate that we have the opportunity every single day to celebrate life.

Kindly be informed that our clubhouse will be closed for the weekend from Friday, 1 May, opening again on Tuesday, 5th of May.

On the Thursday the 30th, we will be open for from 12:00 for Lunch like a normal Friday (Steaks & Such)

We heartily invite you to our first Bonnets Up of 2026 on Saturday, 31 January @ the Old Wheelers Club of Namibia in Olympia. Gates open as of 11:00, entry is free as usual and everyone is welcome to come and enjoy some cold drinks and delicious food, and brag with their awesome Oldie.

Time flies and we are in December again... 2025 was another successful year for our awesome Old Wheelers Club of Namibia with many fun outings and events. A BIG THANK YOU to all our members and supporters who make this possible. 2026 will be another active year with events focussed around our 40 year anniversary, we will share the 2026 Events Calendar shortly.

Please also take note of our clubhouse opening times during the festive season. Our last OPEN day will be this Saturday, 13 December, and we will open again on Wednesday, 14 January 2026.
Our team from BigD Catering did a tremendous job during the year - Detlev, please extend our gratitude and Thank You to your team, enjoy your well-deserved holidays.
