We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager.

โ๏ธ Establish staffing levels required to achieve departmental objectives
โ๏ธ Select, hire, train, and develop sales department staff
โ๏ธ Identify departmental training needs in conjunction with training staff (CJD)
โ๏ธ Ensure training programmes are completed with proper records maintained
โ๏ธ Establish and administer in-dealership training for new model launches and staff development
โ๏ธ Operate staff performance and appraisal systems and ensure action is taken on results
โ๏ธ Manage day-to-day operations and functions of all staff
โ๏ธ Establish and review basic pay and incentive schemes
ADMINISTRATION
โ๏ธ Ensure all administrative functions, returns, records, and clerical operations are up to date
โ๏ธ Review all activities and reporting systems with Dealer Principal
โ๏ธ Ensure adequate safety and security procedures are maintained
โ๏ธ Maintain showroom cleanliness, forecourt presentation, and sales-related display areas
โ๏ธ Stock management and control (NDP)

โ๏ธ Maintain strong liaison with other managers
โ๏ธ Meet and interact with Dealer Principal and management on sales matters
โ๏ธ Advise subordinates on dealership and sales matters
โ๏ธ Liaise directly with manufacturer representatives, suppliers, and market managers
โ๏ธ Build and maintain excellent customer relationships

โ๏ธ Propose special sales promotions
โ๏ธ Formulate and execute marketing plans, launches, and promotions
โ๏ธ Analyse customer preferences and compare with forecasts
โ๏ธ Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective action
โ๏ธ Maintain records of complaints and compliments
โ๏ธ Newsletter / SMS / E-mail / Manufacturer communication / sponsorship / 4x4 Club etc.
โ๏ธ Advertising / marketing / media i.e. radio and newspaper
โ๏ธ Prospecting process

โ๏ธ Review pricing policies, discounts, and trade-ins to maintain profitability
โ๏ธ Monitor demonstrator fleet costs and condition
โ๏ธ Monitor department financial performance
