Important update for all participants and supporters

USAKOS TRAIL & FUN RUN 2025

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ GET READY, RUNNERS! The Usakos Trail & Fun Run is happening on Saturday, 30th August 2025, bringing athletes together for a scenic and challenging trail run! ⛰️☀️

📍Venue: Open area in front of the old Usakos Swimming Pool

✍️REGISTRATIONS will happen Saturday, 30 August 2025 between 06H00 - 06H30 at the event venue

⏱️STARTING TIMES: Please see time changes
START 21KM: TIME 06:45

START 5KM: TIME 06:55
START 2KM: TIME 07:00
BRIEFING: 06H30

🚰 WATER & SAFETY:
✔ Water tables will be available along all routes, some with snacks and some without snacks – Runners are encouraged to bring their own hydration gear.
✔ Medical support available with a medical team on the route & a station at the start/finish line.
✔️ Each water point will have a first aid kit, in case of any minor injuries
✔ Limited marshals – please follow route signs carefully!

🅿️ PARKING & SPECTATOR INFO:
✅ Ample parking available, PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS
✅ Friends & family are welcome! Bring chairs, umbrellas & enjoy the morning.
✅ Coffee, Tea and Half Brotchens will be available

✅️Due to high demand, we will have manual entries on the event day
✅️You can also enter at the Activation Event on Friday, 29 August 2025 at RO3 WATER Usakos
✅️ You can pay entry fee CASH on the event morning at the registration table

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the T-Shirts and goodies will not be available on race day, the public holiday caused the printers to have a delay in production. We will communicate the pick up points once ready.
