Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?
Join our team as an Administration Clerk reporting directly to the Service Manager. This vital role supports the smooth operation of our workshop by ensuring accurate job costing, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and contributing to departmental profitability.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Accurately cost total job cards and invoice job cards.
✅ Post sublet and accounts payable (AP) invoices efficiently.
✅ Create consumable and AP orders to support workshop operations.
✅ Prepare overtime submissions for payroll.
✅ Order and distribute overalls for workshop staff.
✅ Maintain records of yearly tool allowances for workshop personnel.
✅ Conduct weekly customer follow-ups via phone.
✅ Prepare for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) meetings.
✅ Perform additional duties as requested by management.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✔️ Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
✔️ Additional administrative or office management studies will be an advantage.
✔️ Namibian citizenship is required.
✔️ Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Excellent customer service abilities.
✔️ Experience or interest in workshop administration and costing.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
✔️ Proactive and reliable team player with good communication skills.
