To ensure financial and insurance contribution is made correctly with regards to the sales and marketing function in the dealership

To ensure adequate knowledge and skill of the sales process

To ensure the clerical operations within the function are completed accurately and properly

To establish and maintain an effective process of documentation and control

To complete all internal weekly/monthly reports or returns promptly

To maintain daily/hourly contact with Sales Manager
โ
To ensure any market changes are immediately communicated to Sales Manager

To maintain effective contacts within finance and insurance companies i.e. debis

To maintain effective relationships with manufacturersโ representatives i.e. VW SA
โ
To deal with customer queries/complaints in a professional and courteous manner
โ
To maintain a flexible and supportive relationship with Sales Executives

To contribute to dealership marketing plan by contributing input covering total F&I services
โ
To provide an input to all specific events

Namibian citizen
โ
Courses applicable to F&I preferable
โ
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
โ
Customer orientated
โ
Computer literate
โ
Knowledge on CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is preferable
โ
Ability to take initiative in assisting customers
โ
Valid driverโs licence

The successful candidates must prove at least 5 yearsโ experience
