𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠

If you have visited The Baywash Shop or Carwash, there is a good chance you have met 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹, our 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿.

Joy is someone who stays focused, gets the job done and is always available when a customer or colleague needs help. For her, one of the best parts of working at Baywash is the relationships she has built with the people around her.

So, what is Joy like beyond the job title?

She prefers coffee, and music to play in the background while she works. She will choose the bush over the beach any day! Her colleagues may know her as “Miss Know-It-All”, while she admits that an unfinished task is one thing she simply cannot leave behind at the end of the day.

If Joy could have one superpower, it would be the ability to copy and paste everything our Group General Manager, Dirk Bosman does because, according to her, he is a true “Superman and Superleader”.

Her favourite Baywash memories are the staff parties and year-end functions, where good relationships become even better.

Joy’s motivating quote says it all: “It's not clean until it's Baywash clean.”

Focused, helpful and always ready to lend a hand, that’s our Joy!
