Don’t go for cheap PPF.
PPF is not supposed to be cheap anyways. Quality film, proper installation, and durability all come at a cost.
Look at this BMW 2 Series — the low quality film has literally melted and even damaged the original paint underneath.
Cheap PPF may save you money upfront, but the removal, repainting, and correction later can cost far more than doing it properly the first time.
A good PPF should protect your paint, not destroy it.

Having PPF and not having it — the difference is not just protection, but also convenience.
When your car has PPF installed, repairs after minor damage are usually much faster because most of the impact is absorbed by the film instead of the paint itself. In many cases, only the PPF needs replacement.
For example, replacing damaged PPF on a door can take around 2 hours, while repainting the same panel may take 2–3 days including preparation, painting, curing, and polishing.
PPF helps preserve the original factory paint, reduces downtime, and gets your car back on the road much faster. That’s why PPF is not only about protection — it’s also about convenience and maintaining long-term value.
