Sales Admin

📍 Location: Regal Motors (PJ)

Responsibilities

* Prepare and process sales documentation accurately.
* Handle vehicle registration and ownership transfer documentation.
* Coordinate with banks, JPJ, insurance companies, and internal departments.
* Follow up on loan approvals and customer documentation.
* Maintain accurate sales records and filing systems.
* Assist the Sales Team with administrative and operational matters.
* Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
* Ensure all sales transactions are completed within the required timeline.

Requirements

* Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in automotive sales administration is an added advantage.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Able to work independently and under pressure.
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
