❓What happens when a Vios goes over 10 years without an AC service?

AC not cold and smelling bad? We removed the Cooling Coil and found it covered in thick dust and Jelly-like dirt! 😱

❓Why did the Expansion Valve screw break so easily?

The leaking Cooling Coil had caused rust and oxidation over time. 🔧

We replaced the Cooling Coil + Expansion Valve, cleaned all components, then performed an Air Cond Flushing.
❄️ Problem solved. Fresh, cold air restored!

❄️ AC getting weaker? The problem may be hiding inside the Cooling Coil!

During inspection, we found the coil covered with dust, dirt and signs of oxidation. 😱

After checking the connecting pipes and expansion valve area, we found the real problem — a refrigerant leak! 💨

Simply topping up gas isn’t the solution.
🔧 Find the leak. Fix the cause. Restore the cooling.

🚚 This ice delivery lorry came in with weak AC.

We checked the system—covered in dust and dirt! 😱

Asked the owner, “When was the last AC service?”

His answer? 🤭 “I can’t remember!”

Luckily, there was no leak.
After a thorough cleaning + Air Cond Flushing, the AC was back to normal! ❄️💨
