Following recent news regarding a potential disruption to tow truck services from 12 to 14 April 2026, particularly in the Klang Valley due to concerns over diesel prices, Allianz Malaysia’s operations are not expected to be affected as we have our own fleet of Allianz Road Rangers to support you.

While our services will continue as usual, there may be limited impact in more remote or rural areas, where you might experience longer waiting times than usual. This is because our team may need to outsource services or face possible delays due to the unavailability of diesel in these areas.

If you encounter any difficulties in securing assistance, please contact the Allianz Road Rangers at 1-800-22-5542 (24/7 hotline) or reach out to your servicing agent.

Our Allianz Road Rangers are available to provide round-the-clock towing and emergency roadside support.
