🚨🚨🚨Timing Chain Replacement!!
Wa.me/60166602054
Usually caused by wear and tear over time.
Common causes include:
Chain stretched — after long mileage, the timing chain becomes loose and timing lari.
Noisy engine — rattling or “tak tak tak” sound from engine head area, especially during start.
Timing chain tensioner weak/spoiled — cannot keep the chain tight.
Poor engine oil maintenance — dirty or low oil causes faster wear on the chain and guide.
Worn sprocket / guide / slipper — plastic guide worn out can make chain loose.
Engine timing out — bike hard to start, no power, jerking, or fuel consumption higher.
Prevent engine damage — if timing chain snaps or jumps teeth, valve and piston can collide.
💡💡💡Typical signs rider will notice:
↗️ Engine noisy
↗️ Weak pickup
↗️ Difficult start
↗️ Engine vibration
↗️ Check engine light (for FI bikes)
For high mileage motorcycles, timing chain replacement is considered normal maintenance.
