✨ 145th Customer – Mr. Syamil ✨

Another customer I got to know through the internet! Mr. Syamil first contacted me because he was looking for a suitable SUV for his wife. After doing some research, the Tiggo Cross Hybrid quickly caught his attention 😬

One of the main reasons he chose us was our Google Reviews. He noticed that we had plenty of reviews, and more importantly, many of them were positive. To him, good reviews gave him the confidence that he was choosing a dealer with reliable service and proper after-sales support 🤭

But the reason behind this purchase was even more meaningful ❤️ His wife is going to be working at a new location that is much further from home, which means she’ll be spending more time on the road every day.

✨ 144th Customer – Ms. Stephany ✨

Some customers are simply meant to cross paths with you, and Ms. Stephany is definitely one of them 😙 She was strongly recommended to me by my customers, Wade Lim and his colleague Andrew Hong — and coincidentally, they all work in the same company!

A special thank you to Wade bro for introducing several customers to me over time. And Andrew is pretty impressive too! 🤭 He hasn't even bought a car from me yet, but he has already started recommending his friends and colleagues to me! Now I'm seriously starting to wonder if I'm getting better and better at this 🤣

When Stephany first came to look at the car, she was actually quite shy and reserved. I could tell she was worried that I might be like the previous SA she dealt with — constantly pushing her to buy the car 🤣

But after spending some time talking and understanding what she really needed, she slowly realised that my approach was different. Eventually, she told me:

“Hmm… you’re exactly the SA I was looking for!”

And from that moment onwards, everything went smoothly until today — delivery day 😬

One of the biggest challenges this time was helping her settle her existing car, which was still under financing. Thankfully, I managed to help her work out a better solution and save her a significant amount of money, while also taking care of the process along the way 🥳

这次特别感谢我的顾客 Wade Lim 哥哥，还有他的同事 Andrew Hong 极力介绍她来找我！她们刚好都是同一间公司的同事。

这里也必须特别感谢 Wade 哥，这段时间已经介绍了好几位顾客给我，真的非常感恩他的认可 🙏🏻 Andrew 也一样很给力！虽然自己还没跟我买车，却已经开始介绍朋友和同事来找我了 🤭

搞到我不得不开始怀疑——是不是自己越来越优秀了？哈哈哈！🤣

Stephany 女士第一次来看车的时候，其实非常腼腆，而且感觉上还有一点担心我会不会像她之前遇到的 SA 一样，一直逼着她买车 🤣

不过随着我们慢慢聊天，我也了解她真正的需求之后，她才发现我的销售方式跟她之前遇到的不一样。

直到后来她亲口告诉我：

“嗯，就是你，我要的 SA！”

听到这句话的时候，真的很有满足感 😬

之后整个过程就顺顺利利一路走到今天出车！

这次比较有挑战的地方，是帮她处理之前那辆还在贷款中的车。好在最后我也成功帮她找到更好的解决方案，替她省下了一笔不少的钱，同时也把这方面的问题顺利处理好 🥳

全新 Chery Arrizo 7 正式释出官图，并将在 8月21日 正式首发！

这一次的新车最吸引人的地方，就是整体设计和之前亮相的 Arrizo S Concept 非常接近，包括锐利的头灯、大型水箱护罩，以及更明显的 Fastback 轿跑车身比例，整体风格明显比过去的 Arrizo 7 年轻许多。

目前 Chery 还没有公布新车的完整动力与尺码资料，因此 Arrizo S Concept 上那套 2.0T、261 PS、400 Nm 的动力会不会出现在量产版上，暂时还是未知数。

至于马来西亚市场，目前官方并没有确认 Arrizo 7 会引进大马，不过随着 Chery 近年持续扩充本地产品阵容，加上 Sedan 市场依然有一定需求，因此未来如果 Arrizo 7 推出右驾版本，还是不排除有机会来到马来西亚。
