PENGUMUMAN RASMI !!!

Salam & Hello Subarists,

Dengan rasa dukacita, pihak SOCC ingin memaklumkan bahawa acara Subiefest 2025 yang dijadualkan berlangsung pada 13 September 2025 terpaksa DIBATALKAN.

Walaupun kami telah berusaha sedaya upaya untuk mendapatkan pengesahan daripada pihak pemilik litar MIMC, sehingga kini tiada keputusan muktamad dapat diberikan. Atas faktor masa dan perancangan logistik, kami mengambil keputusan untuk batalkan event Subiefest ini.

Kami faham ramai yang teruja dan telah membuat persiapan awal, dan kami sendiri turut kecewa dengan situasi yang di luar kawalan ini. Namun begitu, kami percaya bahawa penangguhan ini adalah jalan terbaik buat masa ini.

Kami akan terus memberikan perkembangan terkini dari semasa ke semasa dan komitmen kami adalah untuk memastikan Subiefest tetap akan berlangsung di masa hadapan dengan lebih besar dan lebih baik!

Terima kasih atas sokongan dan kepercayaan berterusan anda semua dan lagi sekali pihak SOCC memohon maaf atas segala kesulitan.

Official Announcement from SOCC

Greetings & Hello Subarists,

With deep regret, SOCC wishes to officially announce that Subiefest 2025, which was scheduled to take place on 13 September 2025,has unfortunately been CANCELLED

Despite our best efforts to secure final confirmation from the MIMC circuit owner, no conclusive decision has been given to date. Due to time constraints and the need for proper logistical planning, we have made the tough call to postpone this year’s Subiefest.

We understand many of you were excited and have made early preparations — we truly share your disappointment over this situation, which is unfortunately beyond our control. However, we believe this cancellation is the best step forward at this time.

Rest assured, we will keep everyone updated with the latest developments, and our commitment remains strong to ensure that Subiefest will return in the future — bigger, better, and more epic than ever!

Thank you for your unwavering support and trust. Once again, SOCC sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected change.

Salam & Hello Subarists ..

Untuk info terkini..pihak SOCC ingin memaklumkan bahawa acara SubieFest yang dijadualkan berlangsung pada 13 September 2025 masih lagi di dalam fasa terakhir mendapatkan kelulusan dari pemilik asal litar MIMC.

Ini berikutan penarikan diri pihak operator litar PLD MOTORSPORTS pada hujung bulan MEI 2025 yang mana pihak SOCC sebelum ini berurusan dengan PLD Motorsports termasuk deposit litar.

Akan tetapi pihak SOCC sedang berhubung secara terus dengan pihak pemilik litar dan masih menunggu jawapan yang muktamad sehingga hari Jumaat ini pada 04 Julai 2025.

Sama-sama kita mendoakan supaya segalanya berjalan dengan lancar. Keputusan muktamad akan dimaklumkan secara rasmi pada hari sabtu ini.

Walau bagaimana pun Kami amat menghargai sokongan berterusan dari anda semua..

Latest Update – SubieFest 2025
Hello Subarists,

It is with regret that we must inform you that the SubieFest event, scheduled for 13 September 2025, is still in the final stages of obtaining approval from the actual owner of the MIMC circuit.

This situation has arisen following the withdrawal of the circuit operator, PLD Motorsports, at the end of May 2025. Previously, SOCC had been dealing directly with PLD Motorsports, including matters related to the circuit deposit.

However, we are now in the process of liaising directly with the circuit owner and are still awaiting a final decision, which is expected by this Friday, 4 July 2025.

Let’s all pray and hope that everything will go smoothly. The final decision will be announced officially this Saturday.

Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your continuous support.

No Stress & No Chill session will be 2 hours.
Immersive Session will be inclusive of above 2 so in total 4 hours!! Transponder included!!! 💪🏻

1) Parade Lap: a fun lap around the course, taking place in the form of a convoy. No helmets required but other rules may apply. Please check out our FAQ for more info.

2) No-Stress Session: a free-to-run session for beginner and novice trackies who just want a fun day at the track. No timed runs will be happening and you can set your own pace to and experience the track at your own comfort level.

3) No-Chill Session (Timed Run): a session for experienced trackies who want to compete in to win the title of Most No Chill! The Most No Chill mini contest will be running throughout this session, with participants competing to win the best times in their respective classes. Transponder rental is necessary for participation in the mini-contest.

4) Immersive: runs throughout the No-Stress Session and the No-Chill session, to give participants ample time to test and tune their rides to give their best during the No-Chill run. Please note that only timings achieved during the No-Chill session itself will be considered for the mini-contest.
