Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations. This position involves daily admin task, coordinating internal communication, and providing general support to ensure office efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Daily office documents data entry & system entry
- Handle supplier and workshop enquiries
- Manage office maintenance and liaise with vendors
- Handle phone calls, emails, and mail distribution
- Assist in bookkeeping, invoicing, and document filing
- Provide clerical support to management and staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
