Bunyi tikus cit cit cit bila lalu uneven roads. Unsolved suspension noise and customer has spent a lot replacing suspension bushings, absorbers, links and so on but the squeaky noise was still there. It was a nuisance but thru effort and experience, yes we fixed it good.

One wrong move can cost thousands.

Audi Q7 4M in for aircond issue. Quoted for aircond compressor change by another workshop but we found out otherwise. The culprit is way cheaper than replacing the compressor. We check cars extensively, give our honest opinion and most importantly, we solve issues most workshops couldn’t. We’re not perfect but we get the right job done the first time.

This one tested our patience.

We waited months for the correct EA888.3 camshafts. Even though the parts were ordered using the chassis number, the wrong camshafts kept arriving multiple times. Even our parts suppliers gave up. After plenty of follow-ups, the right ones are finally here and we can get the job completed.

In the meantime, our customer stayed mobile with a replacement car under our Subsonique Mobility Assist Program (SMAP).

Some repairs take longer than anyone wants, but giving up has never been an option for us. We do our best to find a solution, no matter how rare or complicated the problem is.
