Customer dah lock unit ni masa kereta masih dekat Japan lagi. I propose, explain details, bagi full confidence — and dia terus proceed booking. No viewing depan mata, semua based on trust & transparency.
Sepanjang process, kita go through macam-macam — tunggu shipment, update progress, documentation, clearance, loan approval… bukan semua smooth 100%, but we handle it step by step. Saya jaga amanah, dia pegang kepercayaan.
And today, bila kereta sampai depan mata & serah kunci…
Dari “tengok gambar je” ➝ jadi real depan mata
Dari “ambil risk sikit” ➝ jadi kepuasan yang tak boleh explain
This is not special order, but still a journey that requires trust.
